NETIO AN54 demonstrates how to connect NETIO devices (LAN / WiFi power sockets) to the Control4 system and control power sockets or relay outputs.
It's using the  NETIO Pro Driver for Control4 by Intrinsic. NETIO Control4 driver is available as paid (Pro) version with  energy consumption monitoring and Output status feedback.

Do you have any questions?

Control4 is a leading provider of automation and networking systems for homes and businesses, offering a personalized and unified smart home system to automate and control connected devices including lighting, audio, video, climate control, intercom, and security.

The Control4 operating system now interoperates with approximately 14,000 third-party products, is available in over 100 countries, currently runs in around 400,000 homes, and orchestrates more than 15 million connected devices worldwide.

NETIO Application note AN54 shows how to set up connection of NETIO smart sockets and Contol4 system, how to control power sockets and use power/energy measured data.

Our partner Intrinsic Dev created driver for NETIO to be able to be controlled and monitored via Control4 system:

NETIO Control 4 driver from Intrinsic Dev company

What you can do with Control4 and NETIO smart sockets:

The driver allows a Control4 system to communicate with a NETIO Smart Power socket device to:

  • Turn ON and OFF any outlet
  • Change the output state (Toggle) of any outlet
  • Restart (ShortOff) of any outlet
  • Read Energy Monitoring Feedback, where available
