The use of software or hardware from a third (independent) party. It means that the software in question is not a product or service of NETIO products nor the customer’s product.
Examples of third party involvement:
For example, a customer purchases a NETIO 4All product from a NETIO products distributor and uses the central Paessler SNMP software to monitor energy consumption. In this case, the Paessler company is a 3rd party to the relationship.
Another example: a supplier (or manufacturer) of a 230V lamp that is being controlled by NETIO 4All is also a third party.
Integration example:
Our customer is the Paessler SNMP software company, which sells our product in a package or combination with their software (or service) to end customers.
