Firmware 2.3.9-1.27 can be used to upgrade from version 2.0.2 and later. If you have an older firmware version, contact technical support at support@netio.eu and provide your version number. You will find your version number at web-interface – at the bottom of the screen, eg. „1.2.12 – 1.17(1.16) – 106“, or at Settings/Firmware tab.
Archive contains two update packages. One for main system upgrade and the second one "mcu" marked package for main system + low level system upgrade. 
 
XXX.package = main system upgrade package
XXX+mcu-output-restart.package = main system + low level system upgrade package --- THIS PACKAGE CAUSE OUTPUT RESTART
 
When no critical infrastructure is connected to the device we recommend to use XXX+mcu.package update package.

ATTENTION – the power output will be turned off during this firmware update!
Firmware 2.0.2 can be used to upgrade version 1.2.12 and newer. If you have an older firmware version, contact technical support at support@netio.eu and provide your version number. You will find your version number at web-interface – at the bottom of the screen, eg. „1.2.12 – 1.17(1.16) – 106“, or at Settings/Firmware tab.
Perform the „Restore Factory Defaults“ after you upgrade to 2.0.2, otherwise some functionalities won’t work correctly. It can be done through web-interface or using button. The device has to be completely set up then including WiFi connection settings in AP mode!

Power output control system (MCU)

  • Updates MCU firmware - the power output will be turned off during this firmware update!

What's new

  • M2M API Netio Push –HTTPs support added. Repetitive DNS request when connection fails.
  • M2M API XML – incoming file parser fixed. Accept also complete XML status file from NETIO COBRA or NETIO 4x.
  • M2M API JSON – incoming file parser fixed. Accept also complete json status file from NETIO COBRA or NETIO 4x. Json syntax fixed. Http header changed - „text/json“ changed to „application/json“.
  • Date/Time – default of new devise or after „Restore Factory Defaults“ is “Set time manually”. The time is set to „1970-01-01 12:00:00“ and Timezone shift applied after each start/restart of the device.
  • Minor bugs of WiFi connection and others fixed. 

Known Issues

  • The change to Static IP require device restart.
